As a therapist, Chelsea has a deep commitment to creating a safe and affirming therapeutic space for clients. Her practice is grounded in curiosity and compassion, where she collaborates with clients to explore challenging feelings and past experiences. With a background in the arts, she values each child's unique perspective and works from a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, using a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques, parts-work, and creative therapies tailored to individual needs. Chelsea's holistic and relational approach aims to nurture every aspect of a child's development, promoting emotional well-being and helping families build meaningful connections.

Chelsea, a Licensed Master Social Worker, received her Master’s from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2024, graduating with honors in the trauma-focused program created by the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN). She is committed to lifelong learning and diligently works to enhance her clinical skills through ongoing training. Before entering private practice, Chelsea worked with children, adolescents, and families at the New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and in a school setting. Before training as a therapist, she worked as a communications strategist in the arts.
