We currently offer therapy sessions for children and adolescents in person at our office in Astoria during afterschool hours Monday-Friday.

Parent Guidance and Adult Therapy are available virtually and in person Monday-Friday and typically take place between 9am-7pm.

The first step in our intake process is to conduct a brief introductory phone call. This call typically lasts between 20-45 minutes. Once we have received your inquiry, we will reach out in 24-48 hours to schedule this call with you.

Our practice is committed to creating access to high quality care within our community. We do not accept insurance at this time, but we do offer a range of short-term and low-fee services for those who are unable to afford ongoing services out of pocket.

Many of our clients are able to use out of network benefits through their insurance to help with the cost of therapy.

We are happy to provide more information about utilizing out of network benefits, as well as our short-term and low-fee services, during our consultation call.
